Refund & Exchange

At Rossana Novella's Shop we try very hard to create products that our customers are happy with. However, should you not be satisfied with a product or it proves to be faulty, please notify us within 7 days via email or phone. Then return the unused goods in original packaging within 14 days of receipt of goods. Whilst goods are in your possession, you will be expected to take reasonable care of them. 

If you fail to return items in good condition within 14 days, then you will be held liable for the cost of goods. Providing the necessary procedures have been met, Rossana Novella's Shop will refund or exchange goods promptly.

Our returns address can be found on the delivery form inside of the parcel. Please complete the returns form and send parcel via a signed for service. Please keep proof of postage. 

Unfortunately postage and package costs are non refundable unless goods are faulty.

Rossana Novella's Shop cannot refund or exchange used or damaged goods nor can we be held responsible for returns that do not reach us without proof.
